At first I was skeptical if I wanted this or not. It was given to me as a Christmas gift, so I figured why not. I used it finally a month later and now I use it all the time. Most recently with wanting to buy a little ahead, I have found this a great tool to have in my kitchen! I am thrilled I got it as a gift. Once you get the hang of making bags it goes quick. I would recommend buying this if you freeze items often, and/or if freezer burn deters you from freezing items.

I got this for Christmas and loved it. At first I was having trouble with it sealing and e mail the company and it was actually just user error and now it works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a ha Foodsaver in my kitchen since the 90's when you had to hold the corners i can't say enough about this company. This machine is actually a replacement for a replacement of a machine bought 6 years ago. Both of the replacements had 5 year warranties and were a step up from what I had. So little bag waste, and the bag cutter actually works. A softer sound while sealing. I would recommend Food saver to anyone!
