Lots of set up issues

I am not sure if my problems are related to the computer itself , to my lack of knowledge or to issues with Windows.
So far, I have not been able to get Outlook working which is my preferred method for my emails.
I am having trouble with the sound. One of the things I do with my computer is listen to audiobooks. I have had to stop doing this because the sound fades in and out so I can only hear it when I am right next to the computer. I have wireless earphones but I can't get them to be recognized by this computer although they work just fine with my Amazon Fire and worked well with my previous computer.
As for the audiobooks, when I download Overdrive I can only keep one book on the computer at a time. Something is downloading portions of the audiobook into the recycle bin, but when I try to just empty the recycle bin, the audiobook is removed as well.
As for downloading just one book at a time, if I try to keep more on the computer it tells me there is no more storage room. I keep getting a message that I need to remove something from the drive to make room for anything new.
I didn't know when I purchased this one that there was so little room on the drive. Either that or I am doing something wrong.
One final question. I purchased the added warrenty but I have never been told how to register this computer to that policy, so I am not sure I even have the coverage activated. I will keep trying to sort things out on my own.

Awesome! Until the speaker went out....

I've had this laptop for a few months now and it was working extrmemly well. But one day while I was on a video call and my speaker kept going in and out until finally it went out completely. I went on HP's help website and tried to fix the problem on my own with their diagnostics programs, but that was useless. I'm not rough with my laptop so there's no reason this should have happened.
