Ashy and bitter, hurts my stomach

I had this coffee in my pantry and decided to give it a go. I ground it in my single dose grinder, weigh out the coffee and water, made my normal pour over in a v60.
I’ve had it for the past three days and on the first sip today after breakfast it has upset my stomach.
The taste is awful, very ashy and bitter in an unpleasant way. There are no interesting or pleasant tasting notes. Maybe I have a bad batch? Or it’s been in my pantry too long? Something is definitely wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with these coffee pods. They brew nicely and have a great taste. The coffee is smooth and not bitter or acidic. They are very flavorful and don't disappoint. If you are looking for Starbucks without having to actually go there then this is the coffee for you.

This is our daily coffee. We have black coffee drinkers and cream & sugar coffee drinkers. Everyone likes this blend. A family favorite. Especially great with graham crackers.
