Poor quality on mail order

I ordered 6# of coffee. Some of the bags arrived very hard with the beans clumped together as it had gotten wet or old, bags were wrinkled and shrunken up like old stock. What gives! This order should be replaced! Very poor business practices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Verona has been my favorite for years. I like the bold deep flavor with no bitterness. Has a chocolate undertone which is probably why it's my fav:)

These Verona Cafe KCups taste as bold as if I had brewed it using my usual fine grind in my Espresso machine. I love the convienience!

All Time Favorite Roasty Toasty Cocoa Coffee!

This is my favorite coffee! I drink it almost every day. Sometimes I drink a vanilla flavored one but more often than not, I find myself reaching for Verona. I love the subtle cocoa undertones in this coffee. Cacao beans are proven to be good for your health and so is coffee so its a good marriage between the two. It is a dark strong roast. I didn't used to like darker roasted coffee beans before I tried this but it is really awesome! Give it a try for something different and unique. It makes really good iced drinks as well. Sometimes I add a little low fat milk, a tsp of unsweetened Cacao powder and a tsp of homemade boubon vanilla in my coffee for a little extra oomph! Really awsome that way :)
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Smooth Taste
