Great coffee but initial bite to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a #freesample of this blend and only deterrent for it was the initial bite of darkness threw me off on my first sip but the subsequent sips were a smooth and pleasant way to start my morning. I tend to drink my coffee black so assume the “bite” may not be noticed for those who add creamer.

Wonderful aroma and taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Open the bag had a wonderful aroma. Made my first pot and the first sip had a wonderful and refreshing taste. I couldn't even tell it had a caramel flavor to it. Sometimes other companies have two stronger flavor and I don't like flavors but this was perfect. Making my way through the first cup was very enjoyable. This was very enjoyable I had two or three cups before I even knew it. And While I know this is wonderful I know I can't afford to drink this everyday through the week so this will just have to be a go to weekend coffee.#freesample

Some days all you need is a hot cup of coffee and this Starbucks Caffe Verona is just that, a dark roast coffee that tastes like a bit of chocolate. It bold and smooth. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #ad & #freesample I was excited to try these single origin blends because to me they offer a high consistency over time. Verona was prepped using a pod style maker because I wanted a good crema developed and the result was a nice and rich taste that did not leave the coffee bitter at all.
