Only had this computer for a week now, it works fast and I like the large screen. Also like that there is a connection for a second monitor built into the computer. we use it for home and business and so far we are happy. We received the computer with a broken cover plate, this didn't affect the performance of the computer at all. I called HP to get a replacement part and they where very helpful.

I bought my new computer on a Friday evening and it arrived on Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t believe how quick it came. It was easy to set up and has been great to use. Extremely fast to load. I’ve been using Mac computers for 14 years so I’m having to relearn Windows. Only thing I don’t like is that Word doesn’t come with it, you have to pay for it extra.

Bought this very expensive computer and have been disappointed in the performance. Fingerprint reader never works even after being reset and reprogrammed 10 times; it's useless. Graphics are not very crisp and clean for a computer this costly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
