Best microwave ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple months ago and am thrilled with it! It’s much quieter than others I’ve had. But the best thing is the browning feature! You can heat up pizza right out of the fridge and it tastes like it was just made fresh! You can also make frozen fries, chicken nuggets and they’re crunchy and cooked perfectly!! I love it and recommend it to everyone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave looks great in my kitchen. I have not used all the feature yet (the dual crisp function) but it performs well. It’s extremely quite unlike my old one and much more easier to clean. The end of cycle tone is a nice feature as well. My only complaint thus far is the orange lit display. I wish it were green like all my other appliances. 5 stars just far nonetheless!!

Probably wouldn't buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 18 months, this microwave failed. I quickly learned that the 10 year warranty only covers a part that rarely fails in microwaves. A replacement board, along with a service fee, is near the cost of this microwave. Six months into usage, the light failed. The bulb was not bad, there seemed to be some short as a tap on the unit would make the bulb blink.
We used the crisper function a few times but found that it was extremely slow to heat. We also found that when the unit was on and the fan was on high, it would cycle like it didn't have enough power, which increased cooking times. A bowl of soup takes 2 mins to heat to boiling in this unit. The fan is very loud. The unit looks very nice and matches the other Maytag appliances well.
