Engaging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children fell in love with this toy as soon as they found it. I didn’t give much instruction because I wanted to see what they did with it. They were able to figure out the basic coding program on their own, and after they had tried that out for a while, I introduced some of the other features to them. Overall, this has been a huge hit with both my son and daughter. As a technology teacher, I was very excited to see a toy that provides so much education to children in a fun manner. The only thing I would like to see added to the codebot would be the ability to add a loop to the program.

Fun interactive robot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo was initially super interested in the robot. He loved plugging the codes in and watching it go. He enjoyed the obstacle course option a lot - it was a challenge to program the robot to go around items. After a few days, he unfortunately lost interest. While he understands the robot's capabilities a great deal at his age, he is also a bit too old for it to be incredibly entertaining for him. The robot works as intended and the functions are very straightforward. I think that it's an ideal toy for 3-4 with 5 being its upper limit depending on the child.

So adorable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are obsessed with robots and so when we recurved this guy they were over the moon excited (6yo and 3.5yo). While the packaging was a bit frustrating once Kinderbot was out and about they were loving being able to get him to go into the kitchen or the bathroom. They loved the secret codes. The option to build a level seemed mostly useless since the robot didn’t do anything with it. The older guy isn’t as enthused about playing with him after a few weeks but my younger one still loves it.

Fun and interactive toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my girls (3 & 7) thoroughly enjoyed playing with the kinderbot! As soon as we got it out of the box it was instant entertainment. They played and laughed together for hours! My 7 year old is able to understand the coding part better, but my 3 year old (almost 4) equally enjoyed playing with it. Here we are almost a week into owning it, and both girls still love it. Highly recommend to anyone with prechool age children and early elementary kids!

Interactive Robot Learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child was thrilled to have his first interactive learning robot as the robot communicates with my child my child seems very interested in this robot's way of learning and he will sit there and play with Code'n Learn Kinderbot for hours, I really like how this has helped my child learn some math, colors and letters and my child's friends are just as interested in Kinderbot when they come over for a play date they are nothing but all giggles and smiles.

Fun toy that helps kids learn.

Getting it out of the package was a pain, but once it was opened they were fighting to see who got to play with it first. We took turns with each of them entering the 10 move code and seeing what they could get this robot to do. They tried getting it from one place to another. They tried making it go in shapes. The tip book was helpful for my 4 year old but my 10 year old wanted to experiment on her own and was even helping her younger sisters play with this toy.

Fun for Five Year Old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was fairly disappointed that this thing was so incredibly difficult to get out of the box. However, once we got it freed, my five year old just started playing with it, without asking for any help or waiting for me to read instructions. We popped in the third wheel and he just went to town. I liked that it had two volume settings, and he really liked the lights and sounds and buttons. He programmed a short sequence and then had a great time following along with the robot as it executed the commands. Also really enjoyed the "victory dance" at the end! Overall, a really fun toy, hopefully it holds his interest for a while.

Great way to learn to code
