This is a fantastic toy, it can be set up in different ways to keep your little ones interested. It's nice and easy to put together. Lots of different things to do with it. You can keep it all set up as a train track or play with the truck separately. Nice and sturdy with nice colours and a good amount of train track. It comes with different attachments for the truck.

This toy is very sturdy when playing with it and all packs away within its self for neat storage.
It can be used with Thomas trains and Thomas minis which is fantastic. Both are included (1 train 2 minis)

This is a great set that our nearly four year old Thomas/train mad son can't stop playing with. He was super excited to open the box when it arrived and hasn't stopped playing with it since.
The packaging was easy to open, even with a little one trying to help. While we were making the track the extra large Stefano was a great distraction. He comes with a few interchangeable pieces (drill bit/hooks/scoop) that are easy for little ones to change themselves and feel quite sturdy so should withstand a lot of playing with.
The track itself is easy to set up and the pieces fit together alot better than some of the older trackmaster kits that we have. The instructions are really clear and come with a couple of ideas of how to set the track up. What I really like is this kit is alot more flexible in how it goes together than some, so can be set up in several different configurations and can easily be joined onto other trackmaster sets, but this is not a necessity. The track also comes with two connectors to attach it to a wooden track, but please be aware this is for the new style Thomas wooden track not the standard style wooden track with a single central round connector. This is a bit disappointing, but maybe a good excuse to buy the new style wooden track....
This set came with 3 sea themed trains; two minis (Percy and Nia) and a pushalong thomas. The minis can attach onto the cruiser or onto Stefano's arm which is quite cool. The cruiser is a good size and will be great to store extra track, trains and mini's in, which is good as unlike other trackmaster sets you can't put it back into the cardboard box that it came in.
On top of the orange cruiser there is a helipad, this seems really sturdy and was very simple to put together. This is great and the best thing about it is you can attach the track directly to the helipad and make a massive bridge.
Overall this is a fantastic set and I can see it will keep my little one entertained for hours at a time for many years to come. It seems great for several age groups as Stefano is a good size for smaller children to play with (under supervision) though pre schoolers will love to take him apart and reattach all his pieces and the main track and trains will keep bigger kids (3-8) and adults occupied too.

My son is 4yrs 6months old. He is not a particular fan of Thomas the Tank engine but he really quite liked this toy. It took my husband about 15/20minutes to set it up for him first time round. You get quicker the more familiar you are with it and that was to do the full track system. The pieces are well made and click into place easily. My son had fun experimenting with different race track lengths. He likes it that much he has asked for my trains to add to the collection, which according to the box you can. The only downside is, it sugests you can store all the bits in the cruiser part when not in use. Well its a bit like the Krypton Factor which i didnt manage no matter what i did so my child isnt going to be able to do this either.
