Cute but could be improved

Usually pretty laid-back about kids toys, but this one is a little frustrating. It doesn't fold up to store, so it's always sort of in the way. But it's really cute and it works well, the songs and features are fun. I also wish it had brakes so that when the child is sitting, it's not constantly rolling away.

Great Fun

I bought this for my 8 month old niece. She loves to sit next to it and play the activities. She has taken a few steps with it. I'm sure she will improve walking as she develops.

I bought this about two months ago when my son started to sit up. He loves this toy. I also enjoy the fact that it'll grow with him when he starts to venture on taking his first steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This walker is super fun to use and my 11 month old loves to push it and sit in front of it to play with the zebra. It is also very sturdy for new walkers.

Fun, but no brakes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 month old daughter loves this walker!! The large base makes it tip resistant and easy for her to handle! My only wish is that the wheels had brakes. Love the simple design and music! Lots of fun!

My son loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8.5 month old son loved this walker. As I was putting it together, he kept trying to play with the parts, and was very eager for me to finish.
Construction: This walker took a little longer than similar products to put together, but I didn't mind because I was happy with the build type. A lot of toys at this age have the snap together pieces, which tend to break or be difficult to take apart to move or store. This has screws to hold everything in place, and as a military member with a move coming up soon, I know I'll appreciate being able to take it apart without breaking it.I think it took me maybe 10 minutes to put it together, and that was while I was evading my son and trying to keep the parts away from him.
My son's experience: Once it was built, he immediately crawled to the walker, pulled himself up and started walking with it. We had another walker that has sat up against the wall this whole time, and I didn't expect him to be ready for that yet. It took me a few days to actually put batteries in (takes 2 AAs that are not included) but even without batteries and sound, the walker kept my son's attention. Once the batteries were in, my son really enjoyed the encouragement every time he pushed the walker. It also teaches the alphabet and numbers when he plays with the front.
Overall: My son loved it and I think it is great. There are only 2 things I think could possibly be improved, but are not necessary changes. A wheel lock feature could help babies who are just beginning to stand and take steps to move slower and have more control. Also, to increase the time a baby is interested in/can use the walker, a detachable zebra front could be implemented. I've seen this with other toys before my son was able to sit up or stand up, and that made him interested much sooner than other toys that required those skills.
