Definitely non-stick...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had any issues out of this pan. It has now become my new favorite go to. So much so I am looking into purchasing the whole set. I am definitely looking for to it.. I have cooked some of everything in this pan. From the best omelets to golden brown pancakes. Perfect every time. I cooked bacon in and it didn't burn the pan at all. I had some cheese get a little crispy on it after making grilled cheese sandwiches. It came up with little to no force. The clean up is so unbelievable easy. I use a plastic spatula to get extra food and take a dish rag like i would do a plate and it wipes off and comes clean instantly. The pan itself is truly beautiful. I love the bottom design on it. I love that the handles doesn't get hot. My wife has a tendency to always burn herself on handles. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone looking for a good non-stick pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got one of these about a week and used today for the first time. First off let me say wow, absolutely no sticking what so ever. I only made spaghetti sausage far with it but it was so nice not having the hamburger stick to the pan. After straining and adding sauce, clean was a simple as cooking. Rinsed with water and virtually back to clean. Usually a skeptic when it comes to "as seen on TV". But let me say it worked way better than expected. Two thumbs up

A Great Non-Stick Skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Blue Diamond skillet is by far one of the best non-stick pans I have ever tried. It heats evenly, and cook food to perfection. I’ve cooked salmon, scrambled eggs, as well as grilled cheese sandwiches, and I haven’t had any issues with food sticking at all. Cleanup with this skillet is also a breeze, as food just simply wipe right out. I also appreciate that this skillet is free of lead and other harmful toxins that can transfer into your food. While I was concerned about the handle getting hot during cooking, it did remain cool to touch. Overall, this is a great quality skillet for pretty much all your cooking needs. I highly recommend Blue Diamond to anyone looking for a nice skillet that is lightweight and durable. I am absolutely certain this skillet will last for some time.

Amazing cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skillet is beautiful in and of itself. And it is totally non-stick. Just wipe it out with a sponge and all residue comes out. Things fry well, brown well, and don’t stick! Love making omelettes now and pancakes with the kiddos! Definitely recommend!

Amazing Pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This non-stick frying pan is great. It can cook anything and almost nothing will stick. The only issue I had was that using a metal utensil for cooking could leave a mark. Otherwise, it is a great product that I will definitely use!

Great frypan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new frying pan and decided to try this one. I’d seen the commercials and thought a nonstick pan was a good choice to add.
I got home and washed the pan and put it right to use sautéing peppers and onions for fajitas for dinner. The pan heated quickly and evenly and held the heat very well I was truly impressed by this.
The nonstick surface is excellent, I’ve made cheesy meals and other sticky dishes in the pan and it cleans right up with warm soapy water.
I have other 12” pans so there was no problem finding a lid that fit the pan.
I highly recommend this pan for your frying pan needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've often wondered if the claims were true and now I'm a believer in Blue Diamond cookware. I have the 12" skillet which I used right of the bat for fried eggs and pancakes, and they slid all over the pan with no oil and no sticking. The pancakes even beautifully browned, too. I want to get the 10" skillet now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Blue Diamond 12" FryPan, because it looked very interesting. I liked how it looked the design, the colors. it almost looked out of space. so the first time i used it i made Breakfast Sandwiches, i cooked bacon, ham with cheese melding on top, and to the end eggs. Let me tell you i am 55 years old and usualy by the time i make the eggs i eather have to clean the pan or use a new one, but with the blue diamant pan, nothing was sticky, no burned areas, no uneven cooked items, just a super amazing pan. I actualy called my kids and told them about the great pan ! Super easy clean up ! I totaly recommend the Blue diamond pan !
