Takes too long to wash and dry also creates a lot of heat in my utility closet.

Absolutely love my washer and dryer

Has taken a little to learn how to use. If you use the proper settings unit wash and dry times can be set to reduce load times. Edry turns unit off once dry so display may say 160 minutes however load may be completed in 30. Since washer heats the incoming water wash time can be reduced by a significant amount of you select cool or cold. Really like the voice and app applications, however it needs to be expanded.

Makes too much noise

We added this riser to our front loader GE washer and now during the spin cycle it makes a ton of noise. The washer didn't do that prior to putting it on. During installation the installer made sure it was really tight to the base. Can't recommend this product.
