hard to reach into the tub if you are short. Seems to have a hard time balancing a load when spinning large items. On the plus side it does clean the clothes well and is quiet enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Previously to this model, we had a front load washer. It was smelly and did a poor job cleaning clothes unless you did pre-soak for an additional hour. This washer does a great job on any cycle without needing to presoak. Great on time and money!

I hate it

The tub is too deep cant reach the bottom. Not enough water goes in and it does not spin dry. The clothes are always wet and have to re spin.

The balancing feature is driving me crazy. Clothes is super wet when small loads does not balance. Does not have spin only option.

We’ve had our new washer for a few weeks and are very happy with the features we didn’t know we were missing in our old LG. The automatic detergent dispenser and the huge capacity are awesome! Our laundry has come out very clean and fresh smelling, too. I look forward to doing laundry!

So disappointing!

I want to love this washer - it is large, usually quiet, I like having the agitator, and the smart dispense is so handy.
Unfortunately, it leaves bulky items sopping wet. Normal clothing washes are okay, but blankets and pillows come out totally soaked. There is no "spin only" cycle, so if you try to spin it out again, the machine adds MORE water.
Additionally, there is no way to adjust the end cycle sound, and it only plays a brief and quiet tone. Unless I am right nearby, the alert is basically useless.
I am so disappointed in this washer and would not buy it again.

Beautiful but flawed

I had the set for less than two weeks and the washer flooded my entire laundry room, garage and dining room. I loved the washer but it was defective so I returned the washer and dryer. My feelings were crushed.
