So sad just bought today but the drum spins and hits the sides causing it to stop. Though the washer is not loaded!!!!

Hello- We are so very sorry to hear you are having this issue with your new washer. We can understand how frustrating this would be for you and your family and we apologize for your inconvenience. It sounds like the tub is off balance. Try putting your hands in the 3 and 9 o'clock position and lift up on the inner tub and see if that helps. You could also take off the front panel and see if the issue is obvious. This link will show you how to remove the panel:

I love the washer. It has exceeded my expectations

I love the automatic liquid soap dispenser. I don't have to worry with adding soap each time. I like all the various settings for the different clothes items and wash loads.

Beautiful, efficient, AWESOME

This pair was recommended by a friend who happens to work for Badcock and More in Perry Florida. Best advice I have ever taken!!! Besides being beautiful and classy. My clothing is probably the cleanest it has ever been. I work as a server so greasy clothing is very common. No more throw away. Just clean clothing. Worth every penny bot the washer and dryer are so intelligent it is almost scary. Thank you GE for wonderful products and thank you to Brandy at the Perry Florida Badcock and more for the great advice...that laundry detergent dispenser is the best. These machines are smarter than me!!!

It's good but not as much as I expected, the central roller movements are not fast enough to carve clothes well, the water level does not cover clothes, centrifuge cycles are very long, and the instruction manual is not clear to understand. (It's confusing).
