This washing machine leaves grease spots on almost every article of clothing. But it also tangles up shirts and sheets so bad that the dryer doesn’t even get the wrinkles out. Another thing, a load of towels or bulky items such as bedding, throws the balance off so bad that it will not spin the load. Leaving me to wring out sopping wet items to dry on my deck. Not a super happy customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry for the frequent out of balance loads. Please make sure the washer is leveled. Also, if the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. We just sold our house that was only 3 years old and had to leave behind our washer and dryer. We didn't give it a second thought and ordered the same units for our new home with even new features that you will use both on the washer and especially the dryer.

Love, love, love this washing machine!! My husband’s shirts were stained from deodorant for the longest time and could never get them out, unless I scrubbed them, and in one wash, they were gone!
