Great Machine

I bought this machine after an extensive online compsrison. The tub is exceptionally deep so be prepared. Other reviews mentioned out of balance issues. The only time I have had this issue is with something I couldnt distribute evenly which is normal for all washers. I had a small drip at the water connection line. Popped in a hose washer and its perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received the GE washer today after my Maytag went out. Its extremely quiet, quick and efficient with a very deep tub allowing me to wash the biggest blankets without issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to get clothes out. Too deep. Does not have pre-soak feature like my old GE Profile one had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi!
Thanks for your review and thanks for your feedback on the depth of the tub. We'll be sure to pass that along to our design team for future models. As for the pre-soak feature, this model does have an Auto Soak option.
This option begins with a brief agitation, soaks for a specified period of time, then moves through the rest of the cycle automatically. Repeated pressing of the Auto Soak button will scroll through 15 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour selections and then return back to 0 soak minutes.

This washer is definitely an upgrade. I can wash the comforter with room to spare. The settings are great and I noticed I can use less detergent and the clothes are cleaner.
