Wrinkles Galore

This is a follow up review 3 weeks after use. The pro is the tub is big. The con Every cycle produces bad wrinkles. Adding another rinse doesn't help. I buy clothes that are anti-wrinkle. After cycle, I'd 'snap' and air dry. The wrinkles using this machine are severe. The advertised water and electric savings is spent on the extra time ironing clothes. The next option is adding liquid softener, which should be used sparingly because it increases flammability. The wrinkles force me to use it.
I tried to use temp 'Tap Cold'. After the wash, the clothes were hot, so the rinse was hot! The machine is under warranty, but I'd still have to pay for the service call. I'm disappointed with this machine.

Large tub

Don’t know if the tub is supposed to be this loose and wobbly. Had to struggle for right water level, can’t reach bottom of tub for clothes

All of our washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch.
During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal.
When you move the inner tub, you can hear a "sloshing" sound. This is the balance ring. For more information on this balance ring, you can click here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16836

Love this Washer!!

I love this washer. It had all the features such as a large tub, and the tank to fill up the detergent for multiple washes. The only missing feature was a tank for the fabric softener, but there was a tray for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
