Buyer beware

Lots of room and great features, had high hopes for this machine but constantly goes off balance you have to babysit the machine all it takes is an odd towel in the load to completely throw it off, but they do have good customer service I had the best repair man in PEI come out and clear some codes and tweak the machine until I figure out how these new machines work I’ll just keep an eye on it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate this washer if I had seen it first I would have never bought it. It's way to big I can't reach the bottom of washer and I like to do small loads it goes off balance all the time!!!

We're so sorry for your washer experience and understand how the unbalanced issue would be frustrating. If the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Simple but elegant looking washer

I chose this washer for the agitator which cleans more efficiently than just the drum plus the deep fill option which even cleans better

My washer was installed yesterday. I have done 13 loads of laundry in the last 24 hours! Works like dream! I love the Smart Dispenser feature!

Huge load capacity and great features

I needed a bigger washer capacity and had been holding off on purchasing a new washing machine. I wish I would have purchased this one sooner. I love how much laundry it holds and the features it has like the detergent dispenser. Laundry soap lasts so much longer now that the kids aren't putting to much in the loads.

I underestimated how deep the drum is! I can wash a TON of clothes at once. I love the features such as 75oz washing liquid tank, the various wash cycle options and the soil levels. This is by far the best washer I've ever purchased!
