Wish I could say differently - but this washed was installed and didn’t complete a single load before it malfunctioned. What’s worse is that the part is on back order until mid-February. Hopefully they can get us a replacement out ASAP. I have a family of 5 and it’s totally unacceptable to not have a washer.

Overall happy with the product. It does not seem to clean clothes with stains as well as I’d like.

This is the first time I have ever owned a GE washer, and I am thrilled with it thus far. With 4 kids, it seems like laundry is never-ending but this workhorse has kept up! Since the day it arrived, it has run for at least 3-4 loads per day and the clothes are coming out so clean and fresh. Well done GE! Love my new washer!
I have had this washer for eight months, and I absolutely hate it! It cleans well, but fully half of the time when spinning it quits and shows "off balance". It doesn't seem to matter if the washer is fully loaded, partially loaded or under loaded. It doesn't seem to matter how you try to rearrange sopping wet material to appease it. The washer simply keeps adding water to attempt to rebalance and makes matters worse. Sometimes I can appease the washer god and move something just right so it will drain and spin. Most of the time I end up wringing out dripping wet fabric by hand. If I wanted to do this by hand, I would have purchased a washboard instead! Do yourself a favor and skip this model--GE dropped the ball on this one.

Hello kbhmo - We're so sorry for your washer experience and understand how the unbalanced issue would be frustrating. If the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Had washer for less than 2 weeks and it’s already broken. Won’t spin, needs new clutch. So after spending all that money, I am still without a washer for almost two weeks now waiting on parts to come in. Ridiculous.
