We love the washer, but if it had a fabric softener dispenser along with the detergent dispenser this machine would be 5+ star rating

A little disappointed

The size of the tank is huge which is what I wanted however when there is a large load it always shakes and becomes unbalanced. I try to load the washer so all is even but it always is unbalanced

The agitator disconnects all the time and balance

The agitator disconnects all the time and balance seems to be an issue. It is also uncomfortable/deep to reach into.

This washer is so great and easy to use. This is a very deep washer is allows for very large loads but being on the shorter side, it is hard to reach the bottom to grab the random sock that gets stuck at the bottom or side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm In love with a Washer

This was a total surprise gift to me from my son and daughter in-law. As soon as it arrived, I stood and marveled at how tall it was, and how large the tub was. The one thing that really blew my mind is that it took all the guess work out of how to do, what to do. Everything is pre-programed. Makes my wash days easier. I told my daughter in-law that I had a Sexy Washing Machine. I'm quite pleased.
