I finally replaced my 10-year old washing machine and am very pleased with my purchase. This machine works exactly how I want it to, balances itself perfectly, and isn't too loud when running.

My washer was delivered this morning and after 5 loads of clothes, it's GREAT. I'm entering retirement and a bit skiddish with all the new technology, but this washer is so simple to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love the options and washer work great! The only downside is that the washer is very tall and I have to use a step stool and somewhat dive inside in order to reach the bottom of the washer. The washer is made for someone who is 6'5" tall.

It's good but not as much as I expected, the central roller movements are not fast enough to carve clothes well, the water level does not cover clothes, centrifuge cycles are very long, and the instruction manual is not clear to understand. (It's confusing).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Off balance all the time have to stop washer pull out wet dripping heavy stuff and readjust it all the time. So deep ya get get your socks out without climbing down in there and good luck if your under 5’5
