This washer allows every laundry load to be perfect, allowing me to choose type of clothing, color of clothing, towels, sheets, delicates, or quilts, etc. and use the pre programmed cycle or to add my own personal choices. The temperature of water, amount of detergent, spin speed etc. are all perfect for each load. And if I want more water or detergent I can re-program it my way. You can easily add softener and the stainless steel tub is huge and easy to clean. The machine senses the heaviness of loads and balances itself if necessary. It took a little time to learn how to use this GE washer, I was always expecting more water to come in but now I see how accurately the water and detergent amounts are real savers of water, electricity and detergent product. No matter whether I have towels or delicates or quilts or colored clothing, every cycle comes out perfectly. Definitely the best washer I have ever owned!!!

My wife and I love the simplicity of use . Washers seem to take less time too. Speaking of which the screen shows you how long the setting that you are using takes to complete. You also have the app that notifies you during the wash about cycles and the amt. of time left . So if you are outside the app can notify you that the wash has 4 minutes left. Great buy ! Very satisfied !

Had my washer for 3 weeks(Bought 12/19); all was good and then the electrical parts started failing less than two weeks later!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the Smart Dispense feature which allows me to fill the tank with laundry detergent and not have to fill it again for approximately 50 loads, depending on the size of the loads.
The Sensing mode - this helps save on water and detergent by determining the amount of each that is needed without wasting both.
