So bad washer

So bad washer I ever purchased for since the day one and I try to call the service for to check it and I have no one responded me back till my warranty expired I'm not happy with my washer till now and it's sucks every time I use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this washer

I hated my front loading washer. I needed one with an agitator. This got great reviews and I have to agree! Plus it holds a large capacity of clothes. I can control the water levels as well and it doesn’t take forever to wash like the front loader I had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I dont like that the washer contains a middle spindle. My other washer didnt have this feature. It restricts me g=from washing blankets or my dog's beds. Therefore, now I have to spend the money and a laundry mat to take care of those items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With that said, we also wanted to mention most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly. We just received this washer & so far the first 2 loads worked great. It's got a lot of room in the drum & can fit plenty of clothes.

The features are very up to date and energy efficient, the drum is very deep so It’s great for my bedding. I like that i can pre fill the laundry detergent. The only disappointment so far is it has become off balanced twice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
