This washer has a soaking station for your delicate items and for items that have stubborn stains. This machine can accommodate very large loads. It’s quiet as it operates and it is a Smart device which is great. There is no odor or issue because it is a too loading machine. You will love this appliance.

This is the perfect machine for my needs, washes up dirty denim clothes very well.
Blankets and sheet come out amazingly clean, and they spin out very well with
little water in them. great machine with no problems.

Hello and congratulations on the new washer! This was an excellent choice but we're sorry to hear they may be some growing pains. It can be frustrating getting to know a new appliance but we're hear to help.
Use the main selector knob to choose your cycle. This will automatically set the rinse, soak, and extra options pre-programmed for that cycle. If you wish to change any of the options, you can do so on the controls to the right. Otherwise, just select your cycle and press start. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John@GEA

I dont like that the washer contains a middle spindle. My other washer didnt have this feature. It restricts me g=from washing blankets or my dog's beds. Therefore, now I have to spend the money and a laundry mat to take care of those items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With that said, we also wanted to mention most large comforters and blankets will wash properly in our washers, as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the washer tub and is not stuffed in the tub tightly.
