Off balance all the time have to stop washer pull out wet dripping heavy stuff and readjust it all the time. So deep ya get get your socks out without climbing down in there and good luck if your under 5’5

This washing machine wash comforters and other large items real good and clothes are fresh when washed. This machine is pretty quiet.

Cleans clothes well, lots of options for big loads. My only issue is the depth of drum. I need a step to be able to reach clothes at bottom of washer.

My washer is less then 2 years old and I have had problem with it’s cleaning abilities from the first load. Now the tank tells me it’s empty when it’s full. No replacement parts to be found anywhere for the cost of this machine, it should work for longer then 2 years. Wish I would have went with any other brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The features are very up to date and energy efficient, the drum is very deep so It’s great for my bedding. I like that i can pre fill the laundry detergent. The only disappointment so far is it has become off balanced twice.

I hated my front loading washer. I needed one with an agitator. This got great reviews and I have to agree! Plus it holds a large capacity of clothes. I can control the water levels as well and it doesn’t take forever to wash like the front loader I had.

This washer is barely 3 weeks used, but I love the options. It is sooo deep which will be great for washing king-sized blankets. I can’t reach the bottom for small loads of clothing, but an old-person’s grabber works well to get to the bottom! The washer has sensors which automatically allow for correct water amounts, but if you need to actually see more water - another 3 gallons can be added for dirtier work jeans. Great addition to the washer.
