I bought the X1 Extreme Gen 2 with OLED 4K screen and it is GORGEOUS! The screen is bright, the colours are vivid and the text is crisp. This laptop is thin and light and portable, and I can easily say that it's the best laptop I've ever owned. The GTX 1650 is suitable for light- to moderate-gaming, and I've even been able to play some online games, e.g., the Elder Scrolls Online with good performance at medium settings. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Many, many issues with the Thunderbolt controller and firmware settings. I've probably spent 30+ hours with tech support, aside from the inability to use the functionality of external monitors connected through a dock. If you plan to use multiple screens connected through a Lenovo Thunderbolt dock, I'd highly advise against purchasing this device. Aside from all these issues, battery life is also very poor indeed - under 2 hours at best even without any peripheral devices being connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
