Good laptop with problems...

It's a nice computer but I think I rec'd a lemon. The mic has difficulty pickup up sound; on Zoom calls people tell me that my voice is muffled. As well, the screen goes into screensaver mode after 25 seconds if I don't do something on the laptop. I am sending this one back under warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have 3 monitors connected, tons of tabs in both MS Edge and Chrome, 10 programs open, and the thing still flies. Only issue is that its not great with old monitors that only have a DVI connection, but that's not big enough for me to have an issue with.

Pretty much everything is up to my expectations with two minor gripes - the fan comes on too often and is a bit noisy, and the Control key is in a bad place on the keyboard for Ctrl-c Ctrl-v. It should have been left in the left hand corner. I am constantly hitting the function key!
