Great design and performance, battery life can be improved a bit but not a deal breaker. Unfortunately can only be charged with original charger. Otherwise great machine!

Seems good, things I think that can improve.
-backlight on keys kind of weak.
-fn and control button
-speakers should be on top not on the bottom
-boots up decently quick, but not as quick as razer15
-wish there was USB type A on the left side of the laptop, both are on the right side.
I only mention the bad. I have the i7 oled model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Laptop but No Docking Option That Works

This machine seemed good but it turned out not to be something that can be considered as a replacement for a desktop despite the advertising. They sell a Thunderbolt 3 dock for connections with additional monitors, network, etc. but the docks don't work at all. I bought 2 of them and they were both the same: monitors and network connecting and disconnecting every few seconds. Technical support was unable to provide any assistance and actually didn't seem to know anything about the equipment at all. It was disappointing but really seemed like Lenovo has also gone with an outsourced call center with no training like so many other manufacturers. I'm a software developer so used my own research to try to come up with a solution but in the end, nothing worked. I returned the order after a few days of trying to make it work. If you have no need of external monitors or other peripherals, the notebook itself seemed to be pretty good but I didn't end up using it much before returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
