Looks good, just very simple

Doesn't do much. I wish the display can remain on and was more animated with moving graphics. I know this is not the typical smartwatch however it has the hardware to be more fun. All it will take is a hardware update.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the device. In order for the device to have a good battery life between charges the AMOLED screen will only come on by demand. This gives a much better battery life. If you need further assistance please reach out to our team at support.garmin.com

Doesn’t work at all!

I bought this yesterday and this doesn’t work properly at all. Can’t connect to my iPhone and also touch display doesn’t work at all. I feel I dumped 60k jpy for nothing. just terrible.

Beautiful Watch

I received this as a Christmas gift. The watch in itself is Beautiful. It does have some nice features also. I am disappointed however in the fact that it does not notify you with a vibration or tone that you have a message or missed phone call! This was one important reason why my husband choose this watch for me. It would be so nice to receive a notification in some way or another.

Activities Confusing

I just got my watch and I am having a lot of trouble setting it up....golf and music are my main objectives but really having trouble with both!

Beautiful watch but smart features really lack!

I just received this a couple of days ago.
I had high hopes, after reading all the reviews. The step tracking turned out to really off and it would just stop keep tracking of steps. Then swiping between functions on the watch is really delayed. I will be returning this watch. Bummer!

I am happy with the build, quality, and functionality of the watch; however, if I can suggest an improvement to this product, add two or three additional wristbands (included in the box). This price point for this product is a bit high for what the customer is receiving.
