Looks great...but being returned

Received my watch and connected it following the instructions. Less the 4 hours later the watch hands wouldn't sink with the correct time, couldn't set the hands according to the manual. Reset the whole device the second time and within 6 hours the watch hands went out of sync again. Love the style ..hate the software!!!

Band problem

Just bought and tried on my vivomove3 and the band came undone twice on the first day. The pin holding the band to the watch keeps coming out. Same side and on looking at watch band retaining spring pins one is notably shorter and that is the one that keeps coming off the watch face. Other than that I love the vivomove 3 a lot.

Alarm feature

There’s a strange bug with setting alarms by Garmin Connect application (at least on iPhone 6s iOS 14.0.1). After setting the times of alarms (which is very easy) my Garmin Vivomove 3 doesn’t vibrate at the set times. Meanwhile there are permanent 00:00 figures on the little screen of the watch itself (in the proper directory of the watch’s menu) which I cannot change by any means — there are neither physical no virtual buttons to alter the numbers...

The Interface is lacking.

The clock is stylish , and I was planting to use it also as a stop watch but for a gadget Who does not have buttons, thus relying heavily on its Interface, severly lacks. The 60 Second Interface clock dissapairs after 4s....like WHY would I need a 60 Second count that dissapairs after 4s it defeats the purpose. Really dissapointed and feel like Iw been fooled out of my money. Work AS a Personal Trainer, so the timer function was important to me.

What a hot mess

No return to main screen options so you must swipe a great deal on a finicky touch screen. Does not populate upper portion of screen with data. Double tap function in the prescribed area seldom wakes up the device. Doesn't tell battery life anywhere on the device though it occasionally populates and tells me the battery life though there is no predictable control over it. Device wouldn't charge or give charge indicator. Attempted with a computer, a chromebook, a wall receptacle, power strip with USB and a USB hub and with six different cables that all work on the Vivoactive 4 and 3 as well as my Bravo Tactix. Sent back and did not request a replacement. Even if it worked it has a detestable user interface which would be fine if the screen registered touches accurately. Hands do not have electroluminescent functionality or radium indicators: No point trying to read the analog in the dark.

The hands of this timepiece are showing the wrong time and I have tried all the recommendations and see no way to sort it out. Can only get on the Canada site so have no idea where it came from. A pity as I liked using it for four months since purchase.

Doesn't keep time

This is my first day wearing my Garmin and it is 50 minutes slow, not keeping the correct time.
