Beautiful watch, but not user friendly

Can't find Bluetooth on phone, reset option and hands do not line up with digital time no matter what I do! Very disappointed, bc it looks like it had potential of being an awesome watch!

Very good watch with one con

I’ve been using it almost a week and I like very much the appearance of the watch. It is very beautiful and stylish and same time it has all the features I need. It is my first Garmin and I think I won’t be the last. The one con is the strap, it looks very beautiful but it is not very comfortable. It tends to make your hand itch, after a bath or shower when the skin is softer I feel the strap a lot and makes my hand itch. This is the one thing I don’t understand how this strap got onto the real product. Garmin should replace these even for the sold watches.

Features not as advertised

I bought the Vivomove style because it said that it would record your swims but it dos not appear on the watch. The instructions stated that you could add it from the Connect App by selecting the activity and selecting the 3 dots to edit. I don’t have these three dots. I have spent 2 hours trying to set it up and am going to send it back as I cannot and the online help does not reflect the product. This was one of the deciding factors in me not buying another Apple Watch. Disappointed as it is a much better looking watch.

SET UP DIFFICULT

found it quite difficult to set up, annoying that my iphone was too old to sync watch plus my laptop as well, so have had to set it up on my husbands phone

Easy to see!

I received this for a Christmas gift and love how large it is. I cannot see close up so the Apple Watch was not working for me. The Garmin is big and bright and very easy to use.

Full of Hidden Features

I bought the watch because of its simple style and features. I wanted a smartwatch that looks more like a watch than a fitness trainer. I was attracted to the hybrid analog and digital design. I waited a month before I wrote this review, and I would say I would buy this watch again. Although simple, I keep discovering more features and functions. Tracks far more activities than I knew. Within the month all of a sudden sleep data disappeared. I contacted customer service. They were aware of the problem and within a couple days they released a new software version which fixed the problem. On the could use improvement side the watchband is not as braided as it appears in the images. I wish the tips of the hands glowed in the dark. And the amoled display could even be brighter in the daylight.
