Didn't work out of the box

Yea im obviously sour bout it, but it didn't work out of the box. I followed all instructions and wasted a few hours waiting for the first charge to complete and troubleshooting the thing. Never a good sign when product doesn't work out of the box, this thing wasn't even able to make it past 38% of the update and my 10th attempt i gave up. First and last moza product I buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
