First order arrived with massive backlight bleed of the screen. Returned the unit and got a replacement. This time the chassis was warped as the laptop could not sit straight on the table. Returned again for full refund. For such a premium laptop Lenovo's Quality Control is abysmal, if it exists at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the same laptop model at my job and bought again for my personal use. I chose this model over P53s as P53 has better power and processor capability (although sacrificing in mobility and battery life).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine. Well built with more power and speed than most will ever need. Computer arrived with a small cosmetic flaw, not worth pursuing a repair for. Solid build. Amazing power. This is a relatively big and heavy machine with dismal battery life, but that is the price for such a robust workstation. OLED/Touch screen with very faint cross-hatching lines, but not very noticeable. Overall very pleased.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have a T420, and it's not bad, but my P53 is the best, it's a very good machine as I want it, powerful and fast, a comfortable keyboard and good video quality from the camera.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the laptop a short while, but so far no issues and works great. Battery life is good and it charges fast. Doesn’t seem to get too hot either. Though I haven’t put it through anything major.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the laptop is great minus a few things to improve on. My Specs are I7-9850H-RTX3000-16GB ram-Stock Intel SSD and 970EVO+. My uses are productivity, gaming, CAD work 1-GPU whine still exist under hard load 2-Hybrid graphics does not work, you have to switch to DGPU in Bios 3-Fan profiles suck GPU could do better with higher speeds 4-Screen needs calibration
