In addition, the palmrest was loose at the front left corner and had an undesirable overlap with the case. Kind of like an overbite. This left a sharp edge that my wrist rubbed against

This product, despite being billed as a mobile workstation and desktop replacement solution, is not useful. It will blue screen after every MS Teams call, and MS Excel will hang up on simple functions. Use something else.
