[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the P53.
Now, be clear: this is a mobile workstation. It is beefy! Which also means it draws a lot of power. The external and internal batteries can still get it through much of a day off the charger, but this isn't a laptop you by for portability.
That's just what I needed. I have a small laptop for travel, but use this one as a workstation/desktop that's easier to move around.
And boy is it beefy! I've yet to run enough on it that I have no more RAM. The SSD performs beautifully.
My only hope is that I can update this in a year to tell you it's built to last, too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ThinkPad--it's so fast!! It's going to help me make the best of my time--no more waiting for programs to load and run.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] powerful, light and long-lasting battery, from a pro engineer to a young design student who takes it seriuosly, this is the perfect laptop for the day to day challenge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is an absolute beast of a laptop. It's built like a tank, has massive upgradeability, and works like a dream. At first I had a few issues with the OLED screen, but as soon as I changed the graphics setting to only use the dedicated GPU those went away.
I have ThinkPad it has been great - gets the job done and has been very efficient. I am in the process of upgrading it now, mainly because I do lots of photography and felt the need for a newer, more robust system was needed, but I ould highly recommend a Lenovo to anyone.
I was reluctant at first about the expense but now I think I made the right choice. The quality and performance of the laptop is beyond expectations. It is worth every penny.
