[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Lenovo Thinkpad with the intent of having a durable, easy to use laptop I can rely on when traveling. So far, I've had no issues and really appreciate the full keyboard, good screen and thin design. With this in mind, I especially like that it is all packaged with the great qualities of the ThinkPad's I've had in the past. I wasn't sure if I would be disappointed with new design choices that would diminish the quality--I don't need another flimsy laptop chassis, or screen hinge that would break after a year, or so. I hope to have many years of use out of this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lenovo ThinkPad P53 works great. It replaces my old Sony VIO that finally died and is definitely quite an upgrade. It boots up in a flash and the fingerprint login works flawlessly. I particularly like the number pad to the right of the keyboard which is something my old VIO did not have. The High Def graphics really pops. All in all a good purchase.

My workstation has a 512 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM, and has performed exceptionally for any application from gaming to intricate computational modeling and simulation.
