[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] X390 is great. The screen size difference between it and my old T460 is unnoticeable, but the smaller size is definitely a great especially when travelling. The CPU performance has also come a long way since the T460, still freezes when working with large files, but recovers quicker.
As with all ThinkPad's, the keyboard and trackpad are excellent. Fingerprint reader also works much better than previous versions.
If they offered it with a removable / upgradable battery and a 3:2 screen ratio I would have given this 5 stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size and keyboard - what I absolutley do not like is that Windows OS have to connect to a Microsoft account in order to create a user. User has to have an email, why?
and why is required to connect to Microsoft?
Windows 7 was just fine. Windows OS without Microsoft was just fine
