Incredible Value and Excellent Customer Service

We purchased this after seeing a ZLINE Range in a friend's kitchen. It shipped quickly and was delivered in meticulous, high-quality packaging. The conversion to LP gas was simple and the flame adjustment is also very simple. The burners have impressive modulation and can be set very low for simmering or slow cooking and dial up more incrementally than the competition. Finally, the unit has an handsome appearance, is sturdy, and well-built. We had to communicate with ZLINE to troubleshoot one minor question respecting the flame, but ultimately, it was an air quality issue resulting from the humidifier in the baby's nursery. A real person answered the phone quickly, was very helpful and patient in exploring all possibilities, and treated us with kindness. Bravo! If the unit performs well over the long-term (which we expect it will), we will be lifetime customers.

Hood arrived severely damaged dispite claims that all products are inspected before shipping. However, the replacement was in perfect condition.

Had the range hood in use for about four months now and I am very happy with it overall. Have used the range grill for various meats that produce smoke and have only had the vent speed on two to maintain non-smoky area. The four LED lights are a big plus and vent system is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

beautiful hood....however.

the buttons/control panel gets gummed up by grease fumes that are pulled up by the strength of the fan. so much so, that I have to keep disconnecting the control panel and cleaning the buttons with degreaser with a toothbrush. I wish there were a better solution that having to do this about once a month.

Easy to operate!

This has been on top of my list since last year but I only recently bought it. I liked it because it looks straightforward and easy to operate. The oven is quite big and the burners are solid. I don't think I've ever seen a stovetop that sturdy and compact. You can cook for hours never see the thing budge. It's a beast.

Love the look and design

Bought this about 2 yrs ago .I bought it online so I never saw on person . I love the oven I can't say anything bad about it. There was a recall and other than taking forever to get it fixed never been happier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The quality and heft of this range is beyond compare! It replaces a nearly 40 year old Viking that was their first residential 36” stove. The quality of the ZLINE leaves the old Viking in the dust! This is my birthday week installation, and pre-kitchen remodel.
