Easy setup and use

I liked how simple and easy it was to use/setup the ice maker. It doesn't take up much counter space and I love how fast it makes the ice.

Makes ice fast!

I bought this about a year ago, it has made I’ve perfectly as described. It stopped working and they are sending me a new one to replace it since it was in the year period, very easy to work with and great customer service.

Great customer service

We received this ice maker as a gift. Worked great for a couple days, we had some issues with it. Contacted customer service and they were excellent and fix the issue right away! Would recommend!

Quiet, portable and super easy to use

I’m surprised I could like a small appliance so much. Most end up in storage but we use this daily. I love how you can choose your ice size, and have it ready so quickly. Also looks great on the counter or on our bar! Love it

Makes ice fast!!

Great addition to our refrigerator ice bin. We only have to run it every now and again, on those hot days when we go through a lot of ice. We have a whole house filter and the ice tastes great. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Ice maker is fast and efficient; What more do you need in a budget ice maker?

Great quality and excellent service

We use our NewAir every day as we consume a lot of ice. After several months it stopped working. I called customer service. They had me run a cycle of vinegar through it. Solved the problem and its been working well ever since. Great quality excellent service.
