On 2nd machine in 3 months 11 days and this one came broke..

Purchased 1st ice maker on June 6th, received June 11th, after 4 uses, no longer worked. Glad I got warranty. Reached out to have 1st ice maker fixed or replaced on Sept 17th, customer service was spot on, sent out a replacement in which I received on Sept 21st. 2nd ice maker is having the same exact problem as the 1st but without being used once. Now I just want a refund and to part ways with this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this unit in Aug 2020. And it works wonderfully. Very fast ice. I can fill my large ice tray in my freezer in 2 hours. Love it. I plan I buying units for my kids for X-mas.

Amazing ice maker with customer service to match!

This ice maker is amazing! It makes two different size ice cubes, the shape makes them easy to fit into our stainless steel water bottles. My family has had this ice maker for nearly a year now. It makes ice quickly, quietly and it looks nice sitting on the counter. We had an issue with the unit, contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue. With an outstanding ice maker and outstanding customer service you can’t go wrong. If you’re on he fence about purchasing this ice maker, go for it!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and now I'm an ice maker baby sitter . Works okay for a while then stops . I have to unplug and start up again . Also doesn't make ice as fast as they say .

I will be making my first batch of ice in the next few days but my review is more about the customer service at Newair. Most of the time when you call with a problem you get the generic help. But, I had an incredible customer service representative by the name of Shanice who helped me not once but twice and resolved the problem I was having. I would definitely recommend this company and will check out the other products they have for that reason alone! Thank Shanice for your time and help! Karen
