Love this ice machine bought it when the ice maker in my well known expensive refrigerator quit working. It has been a real workhorse. I love ice water and use a 40 oz glass to keep my water in and fill it several times a day there is always a full tray of ice when I need to refill my glass. Ice never has any funny tastes like other brands i have had experience with. Buy it you will not be disappointed. Will buy again if it ever needs replacement so far a great appliance. I have recommended this to several friends.

First of all, this product actually does everything that it touts; however, the customer service exceeds my expectations. Elizabeth not only answered my questions, she also came through doing everything she had offered to do. I am going through a battle getting a refrigerator to live up to their warranty. My ice machine started cutting on and would fill up with water to make ice and would automatically cut back off. I contacted NewAir and they have been great in getting a replacement since it happened ONE month before the warranty ended.

We have had this ice machine for about a week. I never knew how much difference an ice maker could make.
