OH my ! Where to start I am totally in love with this compact ice maker machine from Newair usa ! It is simply a jewel in my kitchen it is soooo small and Compact and yet so powerful it made ice cubes in like 6 minutes it's insanely fast doesn't take that much room and it doesn't make any noise it's just perfect for the hot days of summer coming up I already made some raspberry iced tea and my son loves his soda over ice ! Next I am making some iced coffee since I am a coffee addict ! It is also so easy to use and it's always good to have some ice handy and ready in a few minutes especially if you have some people coming over for a few drinks ! Wow ! I am sooooo in love with it ! .

Good but not as good as my first NewAir ice maker.

I purchased this unit after my earlier unit died. The earlier model was tremendous, which is why I went back to NewAir, unfortunately the model I purchased this last time is not nearly as good. It works okay, but I should have stuck with the earlier model instead.

Excellent counter top ice maker and super customer service

We have been very pleased with this ice maker. It was purchased after our refrigerator ice maker failed and we aren't going to bother getting it repaired now. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the water level indicator after 2 months but customer service has been terrific - helpful, pleasant-and a replacement is on the way
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love ice. Decided to buy an ice maker and it was the best decision ever. I’m soooo happy with my purchase and the ice cubes are perfect when they come out. It’s a must buy!!
