I had Ice in 15 Minutes!!!

Received the Portable Countertop ice Maker and I am pleasantly surprised.
Getting this icemaker out of the box and running was super simple. Plug it in, add water, turn on and your will star to see ice in about 15 minutes. Amazing!!
Definitely recommended!!

Great customer service

We received this ice maker as a gift. Worked great for a couple days, we had some issues with it. Contacted customer service and they were excellent and fix the issue right away! Would recommend!

Quiet, portable and super easy to use

I’m surprised I could like a small appliance so much. Most end up in storage but we use this daily. I love how you can choose your ice size, and have it ready so quickly. Also looks great on the counter or on our bar! Love it

Great unit for our travel trailer!

We use this in our travel trailer & works great! After using it a few months, the unit had a glitch staying on. Contacted Newark & customer service has been fabulous thus far! Sending us another unit to replace the one not staying on. Postive experience overall!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set house on fire

I got this as a Christmas present and I loved it. About 3 months later I had a house fire and this ice machine was one of two things that could have started it. I’m giving it two stars because it was engulfed in flames and thrown out the window by fire fighters and hours later still had ice in it. Pretty impressive.

Disappointed with insulation

This ice maker was $75 more than the one I replaced that quit on me. The insulation is really lacking versus an ice maker that is over 5 years old.

I LOVE my new ice maker!

I have had my machine for about 3 weeks now and I am so thrilled! Initially I thought it may be too big for my small counter, but I was so happy to be able to make it work with the small space that I have. I keep it right next to my Nespresso so that iced lattes and coffees are super easy. We drink so much iced water in our house too that it seemed we were never able to keep enough ice in the freezer. Having this machine around has eliminated the dreaded running out of ice dilemma. The setup from out of box to use was very quick and extremely easy. Basically take it out, remove all packaging stuff like tape, etc, clean everything with a mild soap, add water to internal reservoir and plug in. The first time it runs it takes longer than I initially expected to produce a lot of ice, but within about a half hour the bucket was full. Now it’s constantly on and plugged in, and it makes ice all day long. Some of the ice melts if you don’t use it and as that happens it’ll start making more when it detects the bucket is getting low. I only need to add water every few days, if that. It is very much a set it and forget it device besides the expected water refill. Besides all the awesome technical things, it’s also very attractive and honestly the stainless steel does not pick up as many fingerprints as you would think and it’s super easy to clean. It looks great on my countertop and very high end with the cool tap buttons. I highly recommend this ice maker, you’ll really enjoy it!
