I am so happy to have ice again without struggling with ice cube trays. I plugged it in beside my sink and let it run 24-7. I always have ice when I need it.

NewAir Countertop ice maker- works great

Purchased the NewAir Portable ice maker a month ago. I use it every other day to produce 2-3lbs of ice for an outdoor cooler filled with beverages. So far, I've been very impressed. Once the bin is filled, I empty it into a bag in my freezer and within a couple hours, have all the ice I need.

I used to use ice trays and portion how much ICE I could use per beverage (6 cubes exactly) but this thing is awesome! I no longer have to portion my ICE lol and it makes ice pretty fast! I usually store my ice in a bag and while it does clump up I hit it with a roller and it quickly breaks apart so no issues there. Customer service is very helpful, the ice tray in the unit was not functioning as before but the lady I spoke to prominently offered me a replacement without having to deal with any headaches. Overall if you're tired of spilling water on the floor with your ice tray on the way to the freezer, this is the unit to get! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

We really love the product but sadly had a problem with the water sensor. But a quick chat online with customer service and a replacement is on it's way. Very happy with how quickly they helped us out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup and use

I liked how simple and easy it was to use/setup the ice maker. It doesn't take up much counter space and I love how fast it makes the ice.

Fast and Easy

This ice maker is fabulous for entertaining. It makes ice VERY quickly so you will never be without during a party. I like the 2 different sizes of ice so you can choose depending on your needs. I like that you can switch between the 2 sizes at any time. I also like the shape of the cubes themselves. The ice bucket portion is easy to remove if you do not want to serve the ice out of the ice maker. The ice scoop is a great addition if you do want to serve directly out of the machine. The only downside is the color. My only choice was white. I see now that they offer silver and black, either of which matches my color scheme much better.
