No More Trips To The Coffee Shop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having my espresso, lattes, and iced lattes every morning, but it's so expensive and inconvenient to run to the coffee shop every single morning. With Nespresso CitiZ & Milk Espresso Machine, I can treat myself to a delicious latte without leaving my house. I've actually never used any espresso machine before so I was impressed with how easy it is! Just pop in a capsule, press a button, and your drink is made. I love that the Aeroccino3 is incorporated into the unit so that it's ready to go and I don't have to plug anything else in or have another small appliance in my kitchen. It couldn't be easier to operate. I had zero issues with the frother and was very happy with the crema it produces. Having the attached Aeroccino3 definitely increases the range of drinks I can make, with iced lattes being my favorite!
The Nespresso capsules keep the rich aromas and flavors super fresh until used. While I love love love trying all the different flavors and styles of drinks, I do wish the Nespresso capsules could be found in stores instead of having to order online all the time. I really appreciate the capsule recycling bag and that Nespresso uses sustainable resources AND helps to revive the communities in which their high quality beans are grown.
I truly recommended this Nespresso CitiZ & Milk Espresso Machine for anyone who loves their espresso or lattes but hates the inconvenience of going to a coffee shop and paying for overpriced, mid-grade coffee at best. I had another coffee maker that used pods, but it's incomparable to Nespresso and Nespresso capsules. There's no comparison!

Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design

Love that machine is compact & looks nice in the kitchen. The attached milk steamer helps me avoid having another appliance plugged in and loose in the counter. Con’s- I wish the output was hotter. Also wish the machine would not accept a pod if there is no water. I have wasted several pods.

I've had this machine for about 3 weeks now, using it 1-3 times a day. Overall, I love it! I'll review the espresso machine and the Aeroccino separately. The Citiiz is a sturdy, well-built contraption. It's sleek and looks great on my counter, and the black mixed with the chrome accents looks sharp. It is mostly plastic but still looks high quality. One thing I wish is that the cord wasn't so long and thick, it's a small machine and so not easy to hide the cord. The espresso it makes is great! Consistent, lots of crema. I've used 5 different capsules in it from 3 brands so far. All have operated without any issues in the Citiiz. I enjoy the ability to customize exactly how big/small I like my espresso shots (I have mine a little bigger than the standard setting, but not quite a luongo). It's a quick process to make a single or double shot, and the automatic drop of the used capsule into the receptacle is awesome. The water reservoir is good for the size of machine and lasts several days before I have to refill it. I find the luongo extraction tends to come out a bit bitter (to no fault of the Citiiz), so I opt for an Americano by making a single shot, opening the capsule lid and closing it, and running another espresso cycle to dispense hot water. More to drink with better flavor, and closer to drip coffee. The Citiiz is a bit loud, but it doesn't take long to finish pulling, and that's to be expected with an espresso machine. The only thing I don't like is the machine does drip a bit, into the capsule receptacle or into the spout sometimes. It has a generous drip tray though, so no mess. Onto the Aeroccino. I am in love with this thing! It is super quiet, and easy to use with great results. I like the option of the whisk or not, I mostly use it without and get the perfect amount of warm (not blistering hot, ideal drinking temp), lightly frothed milk with the perfect little 'plop' of thick foam at the top! The Aeroccino lid makes it easy for me to control whether or not I want the thick foam on it. With the whisk, you get way more of this thick foam for cappuccinos, etc. I can't wait to try this to foam milk for hot cocoa. Overall I am thrilled with this purchase. I did a lot of research prior to buying and it was exactly what I hoped for! Good job, Nespresso!

The best espressos! They taste amazing, better than coffee shops. The machine isnt crazy loud which I love and super easy to use. The only downfall is the pods cost way too much
