Trouble with the buttons

Ive had this machine for 2 years and now the buttons don’t work . Does not fill up the cup unless you’re constantly holding down the button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model has two cup buttons, Lungo 3.75oz. and Espresso 1.35oz. If either cup button is not yielding their correct corresponding amounts, please perform a Factory ReSet per the instructions in your machine's User Manual. The Pixie machine has a one-year warranty, and we provide lifetime troubleshooting support. We feel confident we can help resolve the issue you've mentioned with prompt and comprehensive troubleshooting assistance by phone. Please call at your earliest convenience. Small and lightweight, gets the job done.

I had a different larger Nespresso machine but it eventually broke—more liquid was going into the capsule refuse container than out of the spout. Nespresso graciously offered me a discount on a new machine and I chose the Pixie. It gets the job done and fits into a small space on my counter, but I do have to detach the base for the cup if I want to use a larger coffee cup. I do like the metal colored finish, as it looks more expensive than the plain black version. Overall I am happy with the Pixie.

Reliable machine

It’s a small but mighty machine. This is our second one in the last 10 years. It’s super durable and very easy to use. We love nespresso in general and this machine makes excellent coffee. We use nespresso pods only. One of our favorite features is to set the water volume according to our preference.

Solid espresso machine

I have had this espresso maker since 2020 so it is quite durables. It is super easy to use. I do feel like the pod holder is made of pretty flimsy plastic, but that doesn’t impart the use of the machine or the espresso. The water tank holds a lot of water.

Wir haben hier in unserem Urlaub im Zimmer diese tolle Kaffeemaschine von Nespresso. Praktisch und lecker. Diese Maschine macht schnell guten Kaffee mit den entsprechenden Pads, die es in unterschiedlichen Stärken und auch koffeinfrei gibt. Grosser Wassertank.

Nagyon szeretem, finom kávét főz. Egyszerű a használata. Sok fajta kapszula készül hozzá. Egyáltalán nem zavaró a hangereje. Karbantartani sem nehéz, nem kell gyakran tisztítani, a fekete felületen pedig alig látszik meg a szennyeződés.
