Delicious

I bought this because a friend talked it up. It has actually exceeded my expectations. Having fresh, creamy espresso at my fingertips is wonderful. Sometimes I mix it with milk, sometimes I drink it just as it comes out. No going back to regular stuff now!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been putting off purchasing this machine due to some reviews stating that the coffee was not hot enough. It turns out that most of those reviews were for the original models. The new Vertuoline machines seem to brew a slightly hotter cup than the original. Granted it is not so hot as to scald you but who drinks coffee that hot? When I received the machine I was first very impressed with how it was packaged. After unpacking it I was delighted to see that it came with a box of 12 capsules, 9 coffee and 3 espresso. All of various flavors and intensities, it also explained what made up each flavor and used a 1 to 11 number system to tell you how strong the blend was, 1 being the weakest and 11 the strongest. The bundle also came with a fabulous milk frothier. The initial setup is very easy to follow, it tells you how to do a first time use cleaning and how to brew your first cup of coffee.

Do not buy this. It made horrible espresso and it completely broke. The warranty was terrible and I couldn’t get it fixed (even if I paid). Go with a different coffee brand! I’m begging you! It is not worth the price.

Best little espresso maker!

We've owned several more expensive espresso machines over the years, but this one has been the most trouble-free and makes wonderful espresso for lattes and cappuccinos. I think we've had it for at least five years. We'll definitely replace it with another Pixie someday.

Easy to use machine.

Easy to use machine. Nespresso has good quality coffee with an automatic pod machine. The pod sometimes gets stuck if not loaded exactly properly. But for the most part very easy to use. I would recommend for those looking for easy coffee maker better quality than instant.
