System works very well but questionable durability after 9 months

I bought this system back in 11/2019 and the system worked very well until last couple of months. I had 2 out of 4 camera failures, one camera got water condensation inside the lens and the second camera just stopped working completely overnight. I am working with Swann to exchange defective equipment under warranty but it is installed on my second home abroad which makes it very difficult to troubleshoot and exchange hardware. I am quite concerned on how reliable it is and how long will it at last after warranty expires.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Based on the information provided, it appears that your cameras have been used outside of their recommended operating temperatures. This can/will lead to permanent damage to the cameras. Please know that Swann does offer a 1-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt or 18-months with valid registration. NVR system

Finally got it up and running. Install was simple. Only issue I had was with two of the cables that came with the system. When you open up the box you will find the cables wound up very tight and smashed down to fit in the box. Pretty sure it's breaking the conductor. I had to fish two new cat5 cables and the last two cameras are up and running now. Contacted support and they basically replied that it was my install and closed the ticket. Pretty sure I read someone else's review and they stated that they had the same issue. Other than that, picture is clear and working like it should. Just keep some cat5 on hand if you are planning on installing this setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this several months ago. Added two dome cameras. I have been calling support about one camera, they keep telling me to try something and call back. Always the same results. One camera freezes s as bout the same time every day or so on my monitor, yet it records like normal and also shows on app like normal. Who can I speak with about this. I have purchased several Swann systems from home to work security. Please help me past this one hurdle. It is not right. Thank you in advance.
