Poor quality

I bought this system to replace an existing system, ( swann ) to begin with my existing cameras were not compatible with the new system. Then the new cameras are of low quality with a poor picture. Then the app. Will not work or configure for live view, I’ve tried everything from Sunday to get it to work. The next thing is the e-mail. It says that g-mail is compatible. Un-true, after repeated tries and then successfully setting up the account. G-mail will not accept the sent mail from the receiver. It says that it is from an inferior app. And is subject to be easily compromised in spite of a complicated password on my system. All in all I think google is right. This is an inferior system and an inferior app that they are selling. Ill never buy another devise from them again. My son bought a wireless system from another company and it works perfectly, live view and over several different devices and setup was unbelievably simple. Don’t waste your money

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your most recent experience with our 4 Camera 8 Channel 1080p Full HD DVR Security System. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.
