I built a 12'x12' wood deck and built the Savannah Pavilion on that, then added custom safety rails (my deck is positioned approximately 2' above a faux "river bed". I treated all of the wood with a water sealer before I assembled the pavilion. I installed a 48 foot LED lighting. Next I am going to add a wood bar.....that is in progress. This is a great value, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pavilion.

We are the envy of the neighborhood. We have people stopping everyday to comment on how beautiful it is. Our house backs up to a street and a large church so we get lots of lookers. Couldn't be more pleased. Perfect condition and excellent workmanship.
